My Eternal Best Friend

I saw the moon today. I was driving in my car. I was about to turn onto another road. 
I stopped at the stop sign. I looked right, then left. And then I saw the moon.

In the middle of a big blue sky, I saw the moon. In the day. Almost full. I was so surprised to see the moon out today. Usually when the sun is out the moon is not. But there was my friend, the moon, in the bright blue sky, in all of her glory.

She was there to wish me a good day, to tell me everything is going to be alright, to bring me comfort. Just seeing her made me smile.

She is always there for me, my friend the moon. My eternal best friend.

Mi Eterna Mejor Amiga

Hoy vi la Luna. Yo estaba conduciendo en mi coche. Estaba a punto de cumplir otro camino. Me detuve en la señal de parada. Miré a mi derecha, luego a la izquierda. Y entonces vi la Luna.

En medio de un cielo azul grande, vi la Luna. En el día. Casi lleno. Yo estaba tan sorprendido de ver la Luna hoy. Cuando el sol está hacia fuera de la luna no suele. Pero era mi amigo, la Luna, en el cielo azul brillante, en toda su gloria.

lla estuvo ahí para desearme un buen día, para decirme que todo va a estar bien, para traerme consuelo. Sólo verla me hizo sonreír.

Ella siempre está ahí para mí, mi amiga la Luna. Mi eterna mejor amiga.
