Life

I’ve heard it said that life is many things-a journey, a highway, a dream, a gift, a banquet, a puzzle, a gamble, a story, a movie, a song, a cabaret, an adventure, a cereal, a board game.

I’ve been thinking about my life, the way things are now, the way they’ve been, the way I want them to be.

My life as it is now is not as I want it. That being said, there is plenty of room for growth, potential and time to achieve the things I want out of life.

To me, life isn’t any of these things. Like the best of all things, life, to me, is a verb.

La Vida

He oído de decir que la vida es muchas cosas, un viaje, una carretera, un sueño, un regalo, un banquete, un rompecabezas, una apuesta, una historia, una película, una canción, un cabaret, una aventura, un cereal, un juego de mesa.

He estado pensando acerca de mi vida, las cosas son ahora, lo han sido, de la manera quieren que sean.

Mi vida como es ahora es no como lo quiero. Dicho esto, que hay mucho espacio para el crecimiento, potencial y tiempo para lograr las cosas que quiero de la vida.

Para mí, la vida no es ninguna de estas cosas. Como la mejor de todas las cosas, la vida, para mí, es un verbo.
